Outside was dirty, van was easy to find

we delivered the van to the airport during heavy rain in Dallas. We prioritize interior cleanliness, but rain and road spray can affect the exterior during delivery. It also returned with considerable exterior dirt, which was understandable given the weather. We feel a one-star cleanliness rating does not fairly reflect these conditions. Thank you for your five-star ratings in the other categories.
