The van was great, communication and instruction was clear. The only issue we had was the antenna was broke so we couldn’t use the radio much.

Thank you for the feedback. Apologies for the inconvenience with the antenna. It was damaged during the trip that returned the same day as your pick up, so there was no way to get it repaired without canceling your trip. If has since been replaced with a brand new one so rest assured any future trips will be perfect. Thanks again!
