The key did not have easy entry, or if it did, I didn’t know how to activate it. I didn’t like the way the car stutter started with the “auto/A-circle” symbol, and it flipped easily into manual shifting mode by accident more than once. It happened very inconveniently while I was driving a couple of times and I didn’t realize it. I appreciated the warning in advance about the broken trim piece. But I didn’t like driving around with the trim piece broken off. I should have been offered another car instead. Overall, it worked for the weekend, but the drive was generally uncomfortable. I won’t rent this car again.
Hello Elizabeth, this vehicle does not have easy entry, nor does the door. Unfortunately we cannot do anything about the auto on/off and the vehicle automatically comes with this feature. We have plenty of others vehicle that you’re welcome to try out in the future. Hopefully our actual service was to your approval even though the Rogue may not be your next vehicle purchase! I had an absolutely amazing experience renting this vehicle! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The car was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. It drove beautifully and made my trip even more enjoyable.
The host was outstanding—responsive, friendly, and very accommodating. Communication was clear and timely, and pickup/drop-off was simple and convenient. You can tell they truly care about providing a great experience.
