Great experience with host and vehicle. Clear and timely communication and overall experience. Bronco was clean and such a fun vehicle to drive for the week. Would definitely rent again!

Vehicle was clean and pickup location was convenient. Being new to Turo, I did not get the app to upload my license to be verified. Apparently I must have created another account previously and had duplicate accounts when I tried to sign up. It restricted my account and customer services were unable to correct it. Luckily there was someone nearby to come and verify my license to unlock the vehicle for me. Other than that, everything went perfect. The Bronco had a lot less space than our VW Atlas, but we left some things behind and made it work. Good experience overall.
We sympathize that you had issues with the Turo app and Turo support to verify your drivers license however both of those issues are completely beyond our control as a host and we did everything possible to assist. An FYI for future Turo trips you may have: this rating is of the vehicle and the host not of Turo.
