The car was reasonably priced and fit our group of 8 but could have been in better shape (inside had a bit of a stale smell, letters on back of car fallen off, etc. - little stuff but also easy to fix!) Pickup was easy once we got to the lot, but the shuttle took forever and was annoying. That might just be the reality of an airport Turo but it took >30 minutes to get to the parking lot.

Great vehicle. Worked perfectly for our trip. Instructions were clear and accurate. The only downfall was the wait time for the shuttle at the airport. Will definitely rent again.

Car was good. A couple minor issues: 15 minute delay getting car unlocked as they forgot to send us the parking ticket with the code, some cosmetic damage to car - some of the letters in Pathfinder had fallen off the back and had not been replaced and the key casing was broken and had not been replaced.
