Host was very responsive when we had an issue with the car. But that said, the front passenger door of the car did not open from the inside and was difficult to open from the exterior.

The car ran well but we could not open the passenger door from the inside. Also there are no vents in the last row of seats so it gets very hot back there. Other than that smooth ride and good on gas.

We truly appreciate you bringing the passenger door issue and the lack of rear vents to our attention—we weren't aware of the door problem, and we'll have our mechanic inspect and fix it right away. And we'll also look into adding a portable fan or other solution to improve comfort.
Car door was damaged from when we received it. Terrible car and would not rent again while damaged.
