Hassle free pick up and drop off overall had a good experience and the car was in great condition and clean . Would definitely recommend my friends and family.

The directions to get on the shuttle could be clearer, also the conditions of the car had dents and scratches and they could have been more transparent about it! I added a car seat and it wasn’t installed nor did it have cup holders for my toddler to put his drinks on!
