Difficulty navigating airport. Signage directions need to be updated with signage to follow from inside airport. It was not consistent with host instructions or instructions and video on link. Eventually found correct shuttle area but should not have been this difficult. Also, for future drivers, host should send out instructions especially if lengthy with videos to watch at least 24 hours prior to pickup. The last thing you want to do is land, only to learn you need to read lengthy instructions and watch an educational video for car pickup.

Amazing Turo experience! The host was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with from beginning to end. The car was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and stress-free, which made my trip to Los Angeles even better.
