The car was perfect for our family needs. We felt safe when we encountered snow and ice on the road. We mostly had 2 adults and 2 kids but were able to fit 8 people if we needed. We also used their booster and car seat which was so helpful. The car was parked conveniently at the airport and we dropped off there as well. Communication was excellent. There was a crack on the windshield that we were not aware happened during our rental. Bryan had a quote for repair within 30 minutes of dropping the car off. He called to let me know and he worked with our insurance to get everything taken care of. Besides the stress of the crack, we were very happy with our service and the vehicle.
