This is my second time doing business with this place and I love how convenient they make it although this particular suv is not my fav. The vehicle made noise along our trip and it was loud enough to where my kids were uncomfortable throughout our trip. Other than that it was a great trip!

Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce or identify the noise you experienced. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention!
