If I could give zero stars, I would.
This was one of the most frustrating rental experiences I've ever had. Turo assured me everything would stay the same after the wrong vehicle was provided and that I only needed to pay the price difference, which I did immediately.
After the trip, the host falsely accused me of taking apart the vehicle and charged me for mileage I never used. I was originally given 600 miles, but that was changed to 400 at the last minute when I was already two hours away and guaranteed to go over.
Between the false accusations, reduced mileage, and extra charges, this experience felt completely dishonest. I would not trust this host and strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
