360 Team Advisors provided an outstanding Turo experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the trip, and the vehicle was exactly as described—clean, reliable, comfortable, and ready to go upon pickup.
We used the vehicle for an extensive multi-state family road trip covering Washington, D.C., Maryland, Georgia, and Florida, and it performed flawlessly the entire journey. It was comfortable for long-distance travel, dependable, and made our family vacation significantly easier and more enjoyable.
The team was professional, responsive, and provided clear instructions throughout the rental process. Pickup and return were both smooth and hassle-free, which is especially appreciated after a long road trip.
