Horrible! Gave me car with slashed tire, exhaust leak, broken window, broken door, starter or battery going out. Zero credits. Will have to write bad reviews and go to small claims. I’m so sad about this. I used you 3x in a few months. Many more times in the future.

The vehicle overwhelmingly smelled of marijuana and rough start up (every-time) along with check engine light. apparently, I got dinged for $43 on gas after return although i filled the vehicle up at Costco in San Leandro before dropping it off in Oakland. The rental is overpriced $600 for 3-days considering this is a 10yr old Chevy Tahoe with over 120k miles

The host of the car I originally reserved canceled 1 hour before my trip. This replacement cost a lot more. The new host was helpful. However, the car smelled strongly of cheap motel air freshener, the window tinting is really dark (scary at night), and you have to listen to an OnStar ad every time you start the engine. Other than that, it was what you'd expect for a Chevy Tahoe.

The engine light was on I told them they said it was fine the front passenger window didn’t work and it drives like the tires too big smh it got us to an from our destination but for the cost an being hot in a car due to windows not working and driving funny it fit out size needed . Just wish they would have disclosed the car malfunctions up front . The service was great the respond really fast . Oh and it had paper plates on it that said 2025 .
