Host was responsive and the pick up / drop off was easy. However, there were issues that led me to believe that the car isn’t cared for in a way that is suitable for rentals.

Car was dirty on the outside, it had a dent in the car & what I paid for the vehicle it shouldn't been any dents in it. The car ran very sluggish. My pickup was @ 4pm they didn't have it ready on time & it was still dirty, I didn't leave their warehouse til 5pm. I asked could I change vehicle's & the host just ignored me. Worst experience ever on Turo.
