Great trip, great car, great communication and easy to find pickup spot.

The car still smelled like weed, which I’m sure was from a previous guest. It just wasn’t professionally cleaned enough to completely air it out. We especially noticed it when the car would sit for a couple hours with the windows up. We had a little kids with us, so it was very unpleasant. Also, the car needed a quart of oil that we had to add to it. The owner clearly didn’t check the oil before renting to us.
Overall, it was fine, but probably won’t rent from Truro again
We’re really sorry about the smell. We got the car back from the previous trip just three hours before yours and did everything possible to clean it, but unfortunately, the odor didn’t come out completely.
We take good care of our vehicles—some of them have completed over 150 trips and are still in great condition. The oil in this vehicle was changed 2,000 miles ago at a BMW dealership, and we follow this service every 5,000 miles. The low oil light has appeared for the first time.
