Pick up and drop off was super easy and host was awesome with communication!

Rented the car from Felix for a family vacation. Came with detailed instructions on how to pick up and drop off from the airport. Upon picking up the car, we noticed the passenger door was covered in a syrup. It looked like someone had thrown a drink on it between the time Felix dropped it off and our pickup. Although we were initially disappointed, Felix was very apologetic and credited us appropriately. It would also not be something that would be missed from any host renting their car so I don't think it'd be right for this incident to reflect on their rating.
The car drove well and is very fuel efficient. I would recommend to anyone who needs a three row seat and has a lot of luggage to haul around.

Car was clean and worked well. Looks sharp and has room for golf clubs. If I come back to the area I'd rent again.
