Exceptional experience across the board!
Communication: Excellent through the entire process, from check in to return. Any questions I had were met with immediate response and direction. Wonderful for a 1st time experience utilizing Turo.
Vehicle: This car provided everything needed, and more for my trip. Take the time to watch a tutorial on the various features offered with this model. I would have overlooked the Hold option for when you have frequent stops in town. The heated seats provided relief for my back after a day of walking, and the vented option for reprieve on those hot days. The ride itself was premium, providing great control and comfort behind the wheel. The ease of the toll pass reduced stress, while allowing travel without having to pull off to pay. I appreciated ability to link my phone, and have hands free safety while on the road. I would recommend this vehicle to everyone!

Host was fantastic and communicated throughout the rental.
Ian •
Vehicle smelled like an illegal substance. Otherwise the car was fine and drove well. Host was easy to work with but that scent was disappointing.
Abby •
car quality was excellent, and the communication with the host was fantastic! We will definitely use her again!!
