The car itself was great! But the host from the very beginning was not very timely or efficient with communication. I understand that we all have lives but with a business that thrives on communication between parties it is necessary to be timely and transparent. The pick up was smooth until I had a question that was going to determine our duration to our location it took very long to get a response. Which led to some confusion and frustration. And once our trip was over I communicated that we were at the drop off and it was full. The employees there gave no direction as to where to go from there so I drove to the side and asked the host what should I do knowing that the lot was full. I did not receive a response for almost 20 minutes which is crucial when you have a flight to catch. I just wished that the communication was taken a bit more serious. Other than that I enjoyed the car, it was clean, VERY efficient on gas and enjoyable to drive.
