This car needs a lot of maintenance. The horn did not work, the Bluetooth or CarPlay/Apple Pay did not work. There seems like they may need some transmission work done in the very near future. I let the owner know that the horn was not working, which was quite upsetting to me being that I was in Miami in a very busy area which I needed a horn for my protection. I had to drive extra cautious and try and stay away from as much traffic as possible because the horn did not work. I let the owner know the horn was not working and he told me he apologize. He will take it to the dealer, however I hope that he will credit my account for the inconvenience.

Hello Jennifer, we just picked up the car and made the appointment to fix horn with dealer. As far as the transmission on the car it does not have any issue at all. It’s a 2023 with low mileage however it is an economy vehicle that does not bring a lot of horsepower. If power is something that is a concern feel free to check out the rest of our fleet we have 6 other vehicles that carry plenty of power. We applied a discount for future rentals with us. Thank you for bringing it to our attention!
