The pick up place at Logan is extremely inconvenient. Taking a bus there from the terminal was a production. We also landed early
good day the pick up location is agreed upon between Logan Airport and Turo Reps. My response time to any questions is within a reasonable time frame. I give the option to either call or text or both. For any inconvenience you feel you may encountered i Apologies. There are situations that are not in my control and the ones that I will do better. THANK YOU

The car was in excellent condition, other than the paint blemish on the driver’s door. This was not a deterrent for us at all, but noted.
