The host was great! She was very nice and accommodating. She made it easy to find the vehicle. The vehicle itself was not in good condition. The driver window button was so loose I didn’t touch it at all bc I didn’t want it to fall off. We had to use our body weight to get the back doors open. Almost like they were stuck or sticky. Minor mechanical sounds while driving. Overall it got us from point A to point B but I would be a little uncomfortable driving this vehicle again.
