The rental was okay. Rental was broken into and was not aware that Kia vehicles were targets like the Sonata's.

Diego provided fantastic customer service and made the entire rental process incredibly easy. The overall experience was good, but the car itself needs some slight attention. There was a faint smoke smell inside, and the hood shook a little bit while driving, which felt like a safety hazard at times. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend visiting Houston, but hope they inspect this specific vehicle soon.
