The good: Pick up and drop off at airport was super smooth and seller was very responsive
The bad: The windshield had a huge crack going all the way from one side of the car to the other. It was right in the line of sight when driving. Light reflected/glared off of it and it was super distracting. I told the owner (who acknowledged they knew about the crack before my rental period) and they said it was either cancel the trip to fix it or rent it as is. Not what you want to hear when renting a car for your family.
