Great. Everything went smooth, and the car was in good condition and drove well. Very clean. Would rent again!

Pick up was easy, host was courteous and car was in good shape

The car was unsafe — the check engine light came on, it shut off while driving, and even shifted itself into park and out of drive. It smelled like chemicals and smoke, and I found a lighter and glass pipe by the seat. When I reported it, the host blamed the gas and accused me of avoiding payment (even though I paid in advance). Very unprofessional and dangerous experience. Avoid this host and vehicle.
I apologize for this guest experience. If the vehicle was unsafe, why would you extend a trip by 2 days and never contact the host for any issues? As the original owner, this vehicle is only serviced by the dealership, and never had any issues until this guest. As the guess, you haven't produced any gas receipts to prove the correct gas was used. I'm unaware of any smells. The vehicle is in the shop for the issues this guess has caused and will be addressed by Turo.
