I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The booking process was simple, the host was responsive and professional, and the car was nice and clean exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were very convenient, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely use again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable rental option.

Everything went smooth with exception of the parking ticket. We were not given the correct ticket which caused some confusion after picking up the jeep. And we had to pay the maximum parking fee.

The car was great and the host was magnificent!

Vehicle was for the most part as advertised but appeared to be signs from previous rentals with scuffs on the frame pillars from people removing doors and glue residue from a windshield replacement. Communication was an issue as a lockbox and most importantly the code for it were not listed in the pickup instructions. We called multiple times and reached out through the app and the provided phone number. It was only after waiting for 20 minutes did a local tenant mention the car rental agency across the street and it appears the two are connected as a worker made a phone call and was able to open the lockbox.
