Overall, the experience was a bit mixed. The vehicle itself was the same make and model as listed, but the condition did not match what was shown in the photos, which was disappointing since that was a big factor in our decision to book. Additionally, the check engine light was already on as soon as we started the car, which was concerning.
That said, customer service was great. Communication was smooth, and extending the rental was very simple and hassle-free, which we really appreciated.
If the vehicle’s condition had matched the listing more accurately, this would have been a much better experience.

Car was clean. Drives great. The check engine light came up on the second day. Messaged the owner, no response. Not a new issues based on previous reviews. But the car did not give us any issues. The back seat AC doesn’t work. Keep that in mind if traveling with young kids. Front AC vents do a pretty good job of cooling the whole car down but needed extra time for cooling prior to getting into the vehicle with a baby.
