Great service and communication

The host waited until the night before the start of our trip to tell us we couldn’t get the car at the time that we requested (7am) and offered to switch vehicles to an older model vehicle (for the same price). I asked if they could drop it later (9am instead of 7am) at the DFW airport because I wanted this particular car. They agreed. My family (7 year old, 1 year old, and pregnant wife) landed in Dallas at 8am. We found something to do in the airport for a hour then headed to the parking garage to get the rental. We get there exactly at 9am. My family and I walk the entire parking lot looking for the car and it isn’t there. 35 minutes later, my wife calls the host and 5 minutes later (9:40am) the driver pulls up. After this delay I reached out to the host again and asked for a discount for the several inconveniences, specifically the airport drop off fee to be refunded. The host told me IF I leave a five star review, I don’t have to fill the car up but he couldn’t give me a refund. We immediately ended the call because obviously the company morals are low. Beware they’ll waste your time and money.
