Pick up was very very smooth, host was very communicative and accommodating, drop off was also very smooth.
Will most certainly recommend to anyone traveling to EWR.

Pick up and drop off was excellent and easy. Love that they met me with the car when I arrived and met me at the airport when I left!

The car was fine. Host reported damage 36 hours AFTER I took my pictures where there was no damage. Host did not Followup with me at all. I was there during drop off and there was no complaints from the host. Very displeased with this experience

We always aim for seamless trips, so filing a claim is never something we like having to do. However, comparing the check-in and check-out photos shows clear damage during the reservation. The damage was visible from both ours and your check out photos. We’ve uploaded extra documentation in our trip messages to keep everything transparent.
