Fleet of cars. VW Taos is not a common car. They told me at DFW, zone 1 and the lock
Box code. It opened and I and took off. I was one hour away for my work. Three hours after picking up the car, I started receiving texts and phone calls saying that I have picked up the wrong car. They had identical cars in the lot in the same zone with the same lockbox code. Because I was in a hurry and did not check the license plate number I had to leave my work and drive one hour back to the airport to switch the cars the most absolutely ridiculous thing ever the exact same model the exact same color the exact same car. Don't you think that they would have a different lockbox code that would prevent someone who is in a hurry from triple checking the license plate. They blamed me. And were unkind and telling me that I had to immediately bring it back. I was not with my phone do to work and didn't even realize until 4.5 hours after picking up the car. Be careful of this situation!!

JJC and team are the best hosts and best quality in cars. The communication, pickup and drop off are top tier. They know how to make sure you’re happy and taken care of.
