This host is a poor communicator. I made the reservation 6 weeks prior to my trip and 24 hours prior to my scheduled drive time I submitted my license photos for review by tbe host. After my flight landed, an hour prior to the scheduled drive time, the Turo app showed the host had still not yet approved the license info. I became concerned and messaged the host but received no response so I reached out to Turo Customer Support. They were able to reach the host and prompted her to review the license info and have the car ready at the scheduled drive time. At the scheduled drive time, the car was not ready for pickup so I reached out to Turo Customer Support again. They reached the host and she said the car was being prepared and would be ready shortly. I had to wait 20 minutes before the car was ready and avaliable to drive.

The car was immaculate, drove smoothly, and was efficient on gas. The host allowed us to keep the car a few hours longer as well when the event we attended went longer than expected.

Car pick-up and return super easy. We loved our Turo experience and Paola was a great host!

The car was very clean, easy to drive, and Paula was communicative. Would rent again.
