The quality of the vehicle was ok a few issues but was addressed

Thank you for your response Wanda. We wish you would a have notified us about the issues that occurred during the trip, so that we could’ve addressed them more promptly. We were truly unaware of the brakes needing to be replaced until after you dropped off the car, which resulted in us canceling on our next guest to take the car to the shop. Hopefully, next time we will receive communication during the trip versus once the trip has concluded to rectify issues.
