Dexter showed up an hour late with my car and blamed it on Atlanta traffic. Seven minutes before he was supposed to deliver it to my hotel he messaged saying he didnt know it was a delivery and would be a "little" late. When he arrived he made so many excuses instead of owning his mistake. This is my first time using Turo and it was not an enjoyable experience. If I wanted to wait an hour for a car I could have just waited in the Avis line at the Atlanta airport.

She from a non traffic state anybody from Atlanta or that has been in Atlanta traffic will understand coming from south into Atlanta is an uncontrollable animal but I told her the circumstances that I was under and she just isn’t an understandable person she went on and on about car being late in the middle of the worst time of day for traffic with work traffic and school traffic and city traffic combined she also came in hour late so y do all that to still get ur rental worth just a complainer
The car was not clean. .. inside or out.

As you can see in reviews nobody else had a problem I think she came a little irritated maybe that time of the month car is always clean inside and out it is black so dirt shows easily
The truck was great for me and my friends ,spacious easy on gas . Pickup location was safe ,host was very responsive easy to talk to and helpful
