Need very be careful do inspection for this host car. Open back trunk and front trunk. When I saw his back trunk has big box text him, he text me goodwill store adress to donating his stuff for him. i didn’t do it.I wash car only broke his wheel rim protection he said I break the wheel. when I want open other protection check wheels ,He also refused to show me the other wheels of the car. Better go hertz, enterprise and other rent a car.
Fei is dishonest. She returned the car with curb damage to the rear passenger wheel that was not present at pickup. I chose to handle the issue through Turo’s claim process rather than argue with her. The box in the trunk contained items I planned to donate, and I simply asked her to return it to my home or drop it off at a nearby Goodwill. She also gave me a box of bagels when she returned the car, which suggested she felt guilty. My other reviews reflect my guests' typical experience. Thanks!

The host was fantastic! The car was spotless, drove perfectly, and had no issues. The Full Self-Driving feature was a game changer in LA traffic—he even walked me through how to use it, which made me feel completely safe with my daughter in the car. The Tesla Performance package (AWD and long-range battery) was well worth it, and the price was very fair. Richard was kind, professional, and extremely helpful.
