Great car! Clean and smooth ride. I would use again.

The car was immaculate, and Luciano was very responsive to my questions during the rental period. The only problem was the pick up location. It took almost an hour to shuttle to the Economy Lot.. long wait times and high volume traffic. With a large family and 4-6 pieces of luggage, it was not ideal. Otherwise, it was a great experience. Still rating 5 stars because the shuttle issues were beyond Luciano’s control. This was an airport issue.
