I chose EWR airport pickup / drop off. I didn’t know until the day of arrival that the car was NOT actually onsite, a shuttle was sent to pick us up and take us to the car location 30 minutes away from where we were going. This added more time to our long drive, both ways. On a positive note, they accommodated my reservation change to an earlier pickup time. The van’s windshield wipers were worn out and falling apart. Of course it rained every day of our trip.
