Unfortunately, the vehicle was returned with a strong smoke/cannabis odor and excessive pet hair throughout the interior. Smoking and pets were clearly not allowed, but the rules were not followed. The car required extra cleaning and deodorizing after the trip. This was a very disappointing experience.

Great car. The pick up and drop off location was a little confusing. One address said Brand and the other was Windsor. We were driving around Brand during pick up and saw just a Subaru dealership. Otherwise, great experience with Edgar and the car.

Edgar’s vehicle was detailed and ready for us to pick up on time. It’s the perfect van for a road trip for a family of 5. More than enough space compared to our usual rentals, Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna. Hybrid was a must and we got 34 MPG. Thank you, we had a great time!
