We had a wonderful experience renting from Benou! He was great to work with and easy to communicate with, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. The car was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. We really enjoyed driving it and would absolutely rent from Benou again. Highly recommend!

With about 1 day left on the trip, the handle of the driver's side door broke so that the van wouldn't open from the inside. The door could only be opened from the outside. Additionally, the car overheated and stranded us on the way to the airport. When I contacted the host, he was very unapathetic to the situation and kept asking me the address the car was broken down at. He cared more about the location of the car than our situation. I have also been a Turo host in the past and his attitude toward us was not acceptable. He told us there was nothing he could do and to take the issue up Turo directly.
