This car was fun to drive!

Host was great. Very helpful in getting a us a discount that was promised from the last rental. I have quite a few gripes about the quality of the vehicle. It was a 2017 Passat. 1) when I had to brake quickly the car pulled to the left so bad that I almost hit the oncoming vehicle. 2) the drivers side electric window switch sticks. I had to physically pull the switch to keep from burning the electric motor out. 3) the driver side visor was difficult to put in a position where I can see without the sun hitting my eyes. 4) I was embarrassed to drive to the function that we were going to in this vehicle because of the scratches the dents the faded paint on the hood, the top and the trunk. 5) The front headlights look like it has a black eye. One headlight is clear and one headlight is dull. 6) The car has 107,000 miles on it and it looks like it and drives like it.7) it feels like the front wheels are going to fall off from the vibration on the freeway at 70 miles an hour. I couldn’t even drive the speed limit. This car needs to be retired. It’s going to give you a bad reputation.

The car got us where we wanted to go, but it was a little like a teens first car. It rides a little rough and looks faded in some places. The profile picture of it is definitely well placed to not see the faded hood and roof. With that said, the tabs were expired and I called the host and he got right on it. He came out and put the tabs on while the car was parked outside of where we were having breakfast. He was very responsive and kind.

Door handle was missing. Stopped by state trooper because of expired tabs. Car audio did not work.
