Great customer service and the nicest people. Early communication on pickup and very on time. My issue was with the car. While we knew it was a 2010, on pickup the owners acknowledged issues with the alarm system, transmission, and multiple other finicky things about the car. At the end of the ride, when I went to put gas in the car, the gas tank door wouldn't release / open. When the guy looked at it, he couldn't get it to open either. So glad that didn't happen while we were in Sedona or we would have gotten stuck. The transmission makes a loud "clunk" with almost every gear shift. The suspension is such that you feel every seam in the road. What's worse is that every seam in the road causes the car to rattle, you can hear metal parts hitting each other as if they were coming loose. Great customer service, but for this price and a premium car, the car should be in better condition.

The car was immaculate, the host could not have been nicer or more accommodating and it was a superior experience! Highly recommend.
