Kyle was an outstanding host and the car was exactly as expected. First time in a model 3 with FSD, and it did not disappoint. Everything was outstanding.
The car uses the charge key app for opening closing and charging etc. The app can be a little buggy at times but still did the job just fine.
The car was awesome and a great experience at a reasonable price. It was easy to locate in parking with Kyle’s instructions at the Airport as well. I did a late night pickup (11 pm) and had no issues at all

host was not attentive . even with the co host. i got locked out the car with no response twice

Unfortunately, the guest failed to extend the reservation and left the vehicle stranded in Miami, while we are based in Tampa. Even Turo Support had difficulty getting the trip extended. The temporary loss of access resulted from the reservation issue, not a lack of attentiveness or communication from our team.
