I chose to pay the $36 airport pick up fee but we were charged an additional $36 in parking fees when leaving the airport parking lot. We were told by the parking attendant that was a 48 hour charge and that is very high for a Turo pickup. When we reached out to the host multiple times, there was no response. And gave the host multiple opportunities to fix the situation or at least respond to my concern. We offered to pay half which we still thought was excessive. Again, there was no response. The only response we got was an additional invoice for tolls which we of course was paid. The car worked fine but to completely ignore my concern is not very professional. We have never given a bad review before but we also have never been treated like this before.
