This has been a great experience, picking up the car was probably the easiest part of my trip to Chicago!

They charged for additional usage after speaking with the owner, I didn't get the car till after 1pm and returned it at 11am. They also charged for changing the pick up site and it was right next door the airport.

Hi Inez, your review is misleading. You requested a last-minute change from ORD to MDW, which we explained we could not accommodate. You then picked up the car from our location, and you were not charged anything extra for the pickup location. The additional charge was because you returned the vehicle approximately 2 hours after your reservation ended, which falls under Turo’s late return policy. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for charges resulting from a late return.
Car quality was very good. Pick up very easy.
