The vehicle stalled and I was stuck and tried to get help from a customer service rep. Unable to reach the host. Bad experience

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We would like to clarify that the vehicle is a Toyota Prius C Hybrid, which starts with a push-button system. Because it is a hybrid, the gasoline engine may not make any noise when the vehicle is turned on, which is completely normal. This was simply a misunderstanding of how the hybrid system operates, not a mechanical issue with the vehicle. We apologize for any confusion and appreciate your feedback.

Car runs great and was clean. Great gas mileage and had plenty of room for my two week roadtrip. Only thing is headlights (and high beams) were dim so driving at night wasnt the safest.
