What a great car and what wonderful hosts!! This was my first experience with Turo and I was very impressed!!

The last second car switch was really the only thing off. Was expecting a different quality car. Still a good car and good host the trip was amazing. Had a ball with my wife. Thank you. For a first time Turo experience I enjoyed it.

It’s the same car, different color. The other was getting oil changed
I booked another car and it was changed a few hours before the ride, only giving me the option of taking it or cancel the trip, which at that point was impossible. The plate was printed in paper which made it feel like I was driving a stolen car. When I picked it up, it smelled like trash and it had some empty cans on the back seat. The brake made a plastic noise and the USB charger worked badly. Outside of that, the car worked well and I didn’t have any issues, the hosts were also nice and kind, but the whole experience was somewhat disappointing.

I love how he says this after he didn’t complain once and drives the car 600 miles away from us.
Car was very well maintained, has great MPG for an older Fiesta suprisingly and the drop off/pick-up was super easy with the host. They also gave clear instructions on what to do for parking since it can get pretty busy in the area.
