The car was affordable.

Car worked well but the service was just ok, I sent messages before and during the trip and never got a response. Seems they use a chat bot and nobody is actually checking the messages. Pickup and drop off instructions were also unclear, it said on the app that there would be a lock box and there wasn’t, I never got the code and had to go into the building to grab the key (it all worked out I just would have appreciated a heads up). The car is very stuffy and smells weird, the windshield wipers also need to be replaced. Though I wanted to give 4 stars I felt that I could only do 3.
