I am writing to formally report a deeply concerning and horrible experience I had with your service and one of your hosts.
Qcle that was dirty and had tires that appeared to lack sufficient air.
3. After changing the vehicle yet again, the next car provided was also dirty and not in a drivable condition.
To make matters worse, the host became boisterous and confrontational with me, aggressively stating that he is a police officer from Detroit.
Due to this unprofessional behavior and the poor condition of the vehicles, I will never rent from this host again. I am requesting a full refund for this experience.
I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to this matter.also he had me send my personal info to his phone. Thelocks on the doors do not unlock the car safty hazards I didn’t have no choice, but to get this rental because I was at a destination I didn’t know nothing about and I didn’t know how it worked. If I was to cancel the rental and be stuck at a location that I can’t get another Toro.
