This was my first time visiting San Antonio as I am here for my brothers BMT graduation. Also my my first time using Turo, and everything went smoothly. The car drove great, and the ice-cold A/C was a huge help in the Texas heat. Whenever I had questions, they responded quickly, and the pickup and drop-off instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely rent from them again!

Turo is fully aware that guest was informed 24 hours prior to arrival with full pickup instructions to take the free shuttle from the terminal and pick the car up at the economy green lot. Unfortunately guest only spoke Spanish and something may have not translated for him. As for the vehicle being old, guest was fully aware when he rented it that it’s a 12 year old car as is disclosed in the listing.
