The vehicle was at the correct pickup location, and detailed parking instructions were sent through Turo 24 hours before the reservation. Unfortunately, the instructions were not followed, and the guest left the airport and went to a completely different location. We then assisted her in locating the vehicle.

This host was excellent! I needed to rent the car to travel to my family for an urgent family emergency and they were very helpful when I had to extend my trip a few times. Will definitely be renting from them again

Wow! What an amazing experience!!! Right when I was about to give up on Turo, this wonderful host gave me hope!!! The car was very clean, he brought the car to me and picked it up and was so kind, communication was fast and so effective! I had no worries, I’m planning on renting from him again soon through Turo.
