Car was easy to find but car is in rough shape.
Thank you for the feedback. We take maintenance very seriously. For clarification, all minor cosmetic imperfections are under 3 inches, falling strictly within Turo’s normal wear-and-tear guidelines. Additionally, this vehicle completed its routine scheduled maintenance just prior to your trip. We are glad the car was easy to find and remain committed to quality.

Tires good shape. Light went out. Over drive took bit to get used to. The agent gets a A+. Excellent communication
Hi Toby, thanks for the feedback. I apologize for the bulb; those can be unpredictable, but I’ll be more vigilant! Regarding the brakes, I had brand-new pads and rotors installed just two weeks prior to your trip; they are in peak safety condition and may just be settling in. Also, this car uses a gearless CVT to maximize fuel efficiency, which is why it feels different than a standard automatic. I take maintenance very seriously to ensure a top-tier experience for every guest.
