I have had a couple of rentals in the Philadelphia area and this was the best by far. The pick up/drop off location was easy. The gentlemen that created me when I picked up and returned were very kind, helpful and mannerable . The vehicle was clean inside and out and drove very smoothly! I will use this host moving forward for rental needs.

The house was really nice. Everybody at the facility was welcoming, very friendly, very informational. The card itself could use a little work. The check engine light is on. There’s a lot of shaking when the car starts almost like the throttle body needs some work or the engine coils are misfiring (my family own a mechanic shop so I know a lil bit.. not that I look too deep into it). The car runs well and will get you from a to B. But there’s definitely some misfiring and shaking going on. The rear passenger side seems to need some sort of stretch/shock work as well. Lots of rocking when you go over the smallest bumps. But the air-conditioning works just fine, the tires were good.
Having chat GPT do the review is just inaccurate. You did not rent a House from us. There are no issues with the vehicle. All maintenance was performed prior to the trip. The vehicle functions properly. You extended the your trip multiple times and never informed us if any issues. Your attempt to get compensation back leaving a negative review will not accomplish that.
